No. We process visitor visas only. If you need a work permit, student visa or residence permit, we will tell you plainly rather than take on a file outside our expertise.

Yes. A sponsor provides their own financial documents alongside proof of your relationship and a sponsorship letter. The relationship needs to be documented, not simply stated, so plan for certificates as well as bank statements.
Your trade licence, ownership or partnership documents, company bank statements and tax filings where these apply. The objective is the same as for a salaried applicant: evidence of stable income and a business that continues while you are away.
It is mandatory for Schengen applications, which specify a minimum level of medical coverage. For other destinations it is usually optional, though it strengthens an application and we recommend it either way.
Each embassy sets its own timeline, and those timelines stretch during holiday periods and summer peaks. Interview availability, whether your file triggers additional verification, and how quickly you respond to document requests all move the total. We give you a realistic estimate for your specific case rather than a marketing figure.
Some destinations offer a priority service for an additional official fee and some do not. Where it is available we will tell you the cost and the realistic time saved, which is occasionally smaller than people expect.
As a general rule, start at least two to three months before departure, and earlier for peak seasons or destinations with long interview waits. Some embassies also restrict how early an application may be lodged, so applying too early can be a problem of its own.

Official government fees are non-refundable in the event of a refusal. That is embassy policy rather than ours. The terms covering our own service charge are explained in writing before you pay, so you know where you stand in advance.
Most commonly: insufficient or inconsistent financial evidence, weak demonstrated ties to your home country, a travel purpose that is not clearly documented, or discrepancies between the application form and the supporting papers.
Your passport is returned with a refusal notice explaining the grounds. We go through that notice with you line by line, because the stated reasons determine whether reapplying is sensible and what would need to change first.
Usually straight away. The more useful question is whether you should. Reapplying without changing what caused the refusal generally produces the same outcome and adds another refusal to your record.
Previous refusals must be declared on most future applications, and in some cases are visible to other countries. Declaring them honestly and explaining them well carries far more weight than any attempt to leave them out.
